Sex and spirituality–for women only

Not to discount any men who visit my blog to find out what’s going on in Phoenix, but this post is for women only. Sorry, Charlie. But if you have a girlfriend, a sister, a mother, or if there’s any other women in your life that you know could use two days for a workshop centered on her sexuality and how it relates to her spirituality, send her over here to read what she can do about it.

She can sign up for SASSS. It stands for for Sex & Spirituality for Seasoned Sisters–a new workshop now being offered several times a year in Scottsdale.

The two facilitators, both licensed therapists of various disciplines, began creating the program a year ago. They are now offering several two-day workshops where women can learn what it means to them to be mature, resilient, vital, spiritual and sexy.

If you’re a woman interested in learning how to understand your body better and appreciate all that it has to offer, are willing to explore how spirituality can enhance your sex life and can take two full days for personal growth and self connection, then this workshop might help you evolve into the woman you know you can and want to be.

    Jackie,
I enjoyed your description of coming down Piestewa Peak and seeing the grandmother type woman who was easily taking a hike. I recently climbed North Mountain, another great hike in Phoenix, and I was wishing for a bench or two along the way. In a week or two, it will seem easier as I continue to try and build my endurance on the hills around Phoenix.

    Bonnie
